Catalyst Inc has launched the first of its kind Way to Scale programme. Kicking off this Friday 18 January, it will give 10 Northern Ireland CEOs the chance to participate in a week-long intensive residential Entrepreneurship Development Programme along with 50+ international CEOs in the world leading technology and business university, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge Massachusetts.

The 3-month programme continues with bespoke workshops in Catalyst Inc, and another week in Boston at MassChallenge HQ, which will focus on go-to-market strategies to deliver scalable business models for each company.

Catalyst Inc’s Director of Springboard, John Knapton said, “This elite, global programme will give Northern Ireland CEOs the chance to tap into an international network, to learn from the most experienced and successful entrepreneurs on the planet. Every single participant will come away with more confidence, ambition, leadership and strategic skills, as well as creating a lifetime cohort of local and international peers who can give them ongoing support.”
